FlipUnit provides online conversion tools and utilities, including but not limited to:

  • File format converters (images, documents, media, archives)
  • Unit and currency converters
  • Text processing and developer tools
  • Utility tools (calculators, generators, etc.)

All tools are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

3. Use of Service

You agree to:

  • Use the Service only for lawful purposes
  • Not upload files containing malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
  • Not attempt to abuse, disrupt, or overload our servers
  • Not use automated systems to access the Service without permission
  • Respect intellectual property rights of others

4. File Uploads and Processing

🔒 Important: Files you upload are processed temporarily and are never stored on our servers. All files are deleted immediately after processing.

Regarding file uploads:

  • You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload and process files
  • We do not store, share, or access the content of your files except for processing
  • File size limits may apply - please check individual tool pages for details
  • We reserve the right to reject or remove files that violate these terms

5. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but cannot guarantee:

  • Uninterrupted or error-free operation
  • 100% uptime or availability
  • Specific processing times or results
  • Compatibility with all file formats or sizes

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice.

6. Intellectual Property

Our Content: All content on FlipUnit, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of FlipUnit or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Your Content: You retain all rights to files you upload. By using our Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your files solely for the purpose of providing the conversion service you requested.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Warranties of merchantability

  • Accuracy or completeness of results

We do not warrant that the Service will meet your requirements or that it will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
