GIF: Supports animation and transparency. Limited to 256 colors. Good for simple graphics.

ICO: Icon format used for Windows icons. Supports multiple sizes in one file.

AVIF: Next-generation format with superior compression. Excellent quality at smaller file sizes. Modern browsers support it.
